amazing place near the bullet train!

attentive staff vip service iconic place easy access

the staff was super attentive! i received vip service at this iconic place. i felt welcome because the staff made every effort. the hotel has easy access to the bullet train to other cities, the hotel is historic.

The gym felt a bit small, i thought. an attendant followed me. It seemed like i was getting corrected if i didn't put something back just right.

the staff seemed dedicated to making my stay wonderful. they remembered my name and preferences. i appreciated their thoughtful gestures. the location was convenient, with access to various parts of the city. also, the meticulous attention to detail throughout the premises created an atmosphere of refined elegance.

The minibar selection seemed somewhat limited. I wished there were a broader variety of beverages available. it reminded me of a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. the selection had only water, coke and beer.

The location above the train station was convenient. Direct access made travel easy and efficient! The room included high-quality amenities, like premium toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. Breakfast at the Atrium offered a wide selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries.

The gym equipment was a bit dated. It could use some upgrades!

the location offers direct access to transportation. a porter was available to assist with luggage from the train. i left bags at the hotel and they were delivered to my room upon my return.

historical charm AND modern luxury

excellent location convenient access business area luggage storage

The hotel location was excellent as we arrived by shinkansen. accessing the hotel from the station was very convenient. I easily found my way. the room overlooked the marunouchi business area, A BEAUTIFUL sight. the staff assisted me with luggage storage after checkout as my flight was later.

i noticed some minor wear and tear in the hallways, which detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect presentation.
