the staff was super attentive! i received vip service at this iconic place. i felt welcome because the staff made every effort. the hotel has easy access to the bullet train to other cities, the hotel is historic.

The minibar selection seemed somewhat limited. I wished there were a broader variety of beverages available. it seemed like a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. the selection had only water, coke and beer.

The hotel location was excellent as we arrived by shinkansen. accessing the hotel from the station was very convenient. I easily found my way. the room overlooked the marunouchi business area, A BEAUTIFUL sight. the staff assisted me with luggage storage after checkout as my flight was later.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the hallways, which detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect presentation.
